Responsibilities:
- Comply with Published SSR Processes and SLAs.
- Work in CRM tool to create customer facing quotes.
- Deliver final quotes to Account Manager for final review and distribution to customer.
- Work with AM to build and maintaining high customer satisfaction through:

- Timely communication
- Regular updates
- Accurate quotes
- The SSR will be required to work independently with minimal supervision and will need to manage internal and external resources in order to deliver on customer requirements.
- Work with AM, Order Fulfillment, and Finance to process RMA requests.
- Ensure that all opportunities are accurate and up to date.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficient computer skills including email, file management, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
- Ability to Prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent related experience (minimum).
- 4 Years of inside account management experience in a technology field and knowledge of distribution channel experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Must be resourceful and creative to ensure goals are met.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent priority time management skills for changing priorities.
- Results-oriented, self-starter who takes ownership of tasks.
