We are looking to add an experienced Vendor Maintenance Renewal Specialist to our amazing team.

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Quoting Maintenance Contract Renewals 90 days prior to expiration
• All revisions of quotes
• Quoting Takeover business
• Handling requests for new maintenance quotes
• Assist sales on customer calls to review renewal opportunity
• Handling maintenance questions from sales team and other internal departments
• Cancellation and Credit requests
• Purchase and process all renewal orders
• Provide purchase confirmations to our customers
• Maintain the accuracy of our inventory database
• Manage our existing contracts
• Quoting Cisco Smartnet Contracts using Cisco’s CCW-R Quoting Tool is preferred

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be sales and customer service oriented.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with Excel
